Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing across EMEA. Address and resolve payroll issues with root cause analysis. Ensure compliance with global policies and local tax/labor laws. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and external vendors. Drive continuous improvements for accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Develop payroll KPIs and enhance service delivery models. Implement best practices for payroll documentation and controls. Maintain payroll data integrity across HR and payroll systems. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with security policies. Lead a team of five, fostering operational excellence. Manage payroll projects within timelines and budgets. Serve as a backup for payroll processes when needed. Work with Global Payroll and external vendors to optimize services. Monitor compliance and address payroll discrepancies proactively.
