• Develop and implement sub-category strategies across multiple business units to optimize cost and improve value,
• Lead sourcing initiatives and provide market intelligence to guide procurement and business decisions,
• Manage supplier relationships and drive contract negotiations to secure best-in-class terms and mitigate supply risks,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to align procurement goals with business strategies,
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and process enhancements across the supply chain.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in direct material management, including strategy development,
• Fluent English,
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
