About the role

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join our team of Automation and IT project managers. Our team focuses on integrating new technologies within the Industry 4.0 domain and Pharma GXP. Our projects vary significantly, utilizing both traditional waterfall execution and agile methodologies.

Your key responsibilities will include managing IT/OT deliveries, integrating applications in existing projects, and identifying ways to improve project execution. Additionally, you will manage the design, planning and implementation of IT and operational technology infrastructure, including setting up networks, preparing IT rooms, and ensuring the necessary servers are in place for applications like 800xA, PI Historian, PAT, HMI, and MES solutions.

How you might spend your days

As a Senior Project Manager for IT projects, you’ll be:

• Engaged in the largest API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) projects within Novo Nordisk’s portfolio where each day presents new challenges requiring speed and agility
• Working in an international environment with a team of highly skilled engineers and specialists, throughout all project phases
• Leading, motivating and developing your team, providing feedback to secure continuous improvement
• Coordinating between internal and external stakeholders and disciplines, Electrical and Instrumentation division and external vendors
• Managing project scope, planning and budgeting and proactively identifying risks and mitigating these
• Working in a team of 46 highly skilled and motivated collages based in Virum and Kalundborg

The miles you’ve walked

• You have a degree in engineering or similar technical background
• You have 5-8 years of experience from project deliveries in due time and a happy customer
• Preferable you hold a project manager certification PMP or similar
