BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER position
and be part of executing MOL's E&P inorganic strategy together with an experienced, senior team

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Be up-to-date about M&A trends in the E&P sector and deal structures in MOL’s target markets
- Screen opportunities and countries to identify assets that fit MOL E&P’s strategic targets
- Lead complex inorganic E&P business development projects with project team members from multiple organisations both within MOL Group and third parties
- Design the projects, monitor execution and intervene to meet project objectives
- Constructively challenge the asset valuation of acquisition targets
- Lead the negotiation of transaction documents
- Stakeholder management towards executives
- Prepare decision-making proposals for top management
- Support the integration of acquired assets
YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:
- 5-10 years of relevant business experience (preferably oil & gas)
- M&A project management experience, preferably in an international environment
- Experience in negotiating M&A transaction or E&P commercial documents, excellent negotiation skills
- Understanding of E&P basics and key E&P trends
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to maintain a 'big picture' view, while paying attention to important details
- Mindset not only for solving but also for pre-empting problems
- Positive team player attitude with strong social and (oral, written) communication skills in English
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately with tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint (incl. Thinkcell module)
- University degree in Business/Economics, Engineering or Law
