Senior Process Engineer (plastic molding technology)

Our multinational Partner is looking for an experienced colleague for the position below:
Enhance and unify Injection Moulding processes across all company sites;
Conduct experiments, investigations, and process evaluations to drive efficiency and quality improvements;
Stay ahead of industry trends by evaluating new materials, methods, and machinery in collaboration with R&D, Production, and Engineering teams;
As a project leader, manage and coordinate international, interdisciplinary project teams, ensuring successful execution;
Lead and design global knowledge exchange within the Injection Moulding community of the company.

Graduation in engineering (e.g. mechanical, materials, process), plastic or production technology, science (physics, chemistry) or similar technical education;
5-10+ years in Plastic Injection Moulding process engineering;
Expertise in Mould Design, Mould Materials, and related Process Development;
Deep expertise in Injection Moulding technology and its industrial applications;
Strong knowledge of design, manufacturing processes, failure types, and countermeasures;
Experience in technology benchmarking, DoE, and process standardization;
Proven ability to manage international projects across multiple locations;
Fluent English (written & spoken) is required;
Passion for technological innovation and continuous improvement.
