Product Owner (SAP integration project)

• Design and deliver solutions per global system vision.
• Define global usage standards for tools.
• Assess business impact during design and delivery.
• Improve Business as Usual (BAU) systems.
• Set development roadmap and recommend tool improvements.
• Manage app enhancement requests and releases.
• Act as a single point of contact for Group Information Services (GIS).
• Provide expertise during development and testing.
• Align system functionality with legislation.
• Review communications and training materials.

Elvárások / Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4Hana system.
• Fluent in English (German or French is a plus).
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills.
• Proven project management experience in cross-functional and virtual teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to identify problems, prioritize solutions, and implement them.
• Knowledge of the broader IT market.
• Experience working with third-party suppliers.
• Experience in creating user stories.
