German Speaking Catalogue Specialist

  • Manage customer catalogue pricing, IT product updates, and End-of-Life transitions.
  • Coordinate with customers to update catalogues and source new products via global IT suppliers.
  • Work with OEMs and suppliers to ensure global pricing availability, escalating issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance catalogue content, pricing, and product presentation.
  • Develop and improve Stock Inventory Reporting templates and handle customer reporting queries.
  • Support forecasting needs.
  • Flag potential stock shortages.
  • Maintain regular contact with Partner Suppliers for local pricing and reporting.
  • Engage with Sales Order Management and support new customer onboarding and transition projects.

Elvárások / Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in a similar role
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer relationship management
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience with formatted catalogue file uploads
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach
  • Proactive, accountable team player
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to challenges
