
German Speaking Catalogue Specialist
- Manage customer catalogue pricing, IT product updates, and End-of-Life transitions.
- Coordinate with customers to update catalogues and source new products via global IT suppliers.
- Work with OEMs and suppliers to ensure global pricing availability, escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance catalogue content, pricing, and product presentation.
- Develop and improve Stock Inventory Reporting templates and handle customer reporting queries.
- Support forecasting needs.
- Flag potential stock shortages.
- Maintain regular contact with Partner Suppliers for local pricing and reporting.
- Engage with Sales Order Management and support new customer onboarding and transition projects.
Elvárások / Requirements
- 1+ year experience in a similar role
- Strong commercial acumen and customer relationship management
- Fluent in English and German
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience with formatted catalogue file uploads
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach
- Proactive, accountable team player
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to challenges
