The job
- Office management (telephone, office supplies, mailing and courier services)
- Coordination of external cleaning company and service providers
- Administrative tasks
- Complex organisational tasks
- Support managers and logistics in preparation of presentations, reports, spreadsheets and lists
- Preparing the necessary documents according to existing templates (contracts, appendices, accounting documentation), organising the translation of documents, notarisation
- Booking and organising travel and meetings for the managers
- Assistance in oral and written translation (English – Hungarian)
- Occasional business trips abroad for 1–2 days might happen
About you
- 2+ years of professional experience in a similar function (would be a nice extra if at a pharmaceutical company)
- Fluent English language knowledge
- Fluent Hungarian language knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- You are a reliable, proactive and very independent personality who is open and communicative and who cultivates courteous manners and discretion to a high degree.
