1:1 LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT
We are currently looking for candidates for the following roles:
- Part-time 1:1 Learning Support Assistant for a primary school student
- Full-time 1:1 Learning Support Assistant for a secondary school student
Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting the child’s academic and personal development and assisting with daily school activities
- Helping students develop independence, organizational, and self-regulation skills
- Collaborating with the class teacher and school leadership to support learning
- Ensuring a smooth and structured school day for the child
Requirements:
- Advanced level of English
- Experience working with children with diverse learning and behavioral needs
- Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is an advantage
- Empathetic, patient, and dedicated personality with a genuine desire to help
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Openness to learning and adapting to the school's methodology and philosophy
