Responsibilities:
- In the development process, guiding the team through continuous improvement
- Lead the collaborative planning process for each sprint, helping the team and conduct risk management
- Teaching, mentoring and coaching team members and stakeholders about the agile and scrum principles and practises
- Work with the Product Manager and team to define the roadmap of the product delivery
The Fit
- 3–4 years of experience working as a Scrum Master
- Experience in project and stakeholder management
- Experience in a cross-functional team.
- Experience of facilitating, teaching, coaching and mentoring team members
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to think creatively.
- Experience with front-end and back-end development
- Fluent English skills
