Fixed Asset Accountanting Supervisor

Tasks

  • Lead the payroll processing for EMEA countries, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll operations in line with global policies and local regulations.
  • Foster strong relationships with third-party vendors to ensure seamless payroll service delivery and address any payroll-related issues promptly.
  • Act as a key point of contact for payroll inquiries, providing solutions to ensure a positive experience for employees in collaboration with HR Shared Services.
  • Oversee the preparation, processing, and distribution of payroll reports, tax year-end reports, payroll manuals, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing payroll accuracy, efficiency, and employee satisfaction through strategic process enhancements.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality and security of payroll data, ensuring compliance with all relevant privacy and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in payroll management (7-10 years) within a multinational environment, including managing payroll processes across multiple countries.
  • Proven track record of managing payroll teams (2-3 direct reports) and collaborating with third-party vendors to deliver exceptional service.
  • Strong proficiency in payroll systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP Celergo, and Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on driving system optimization and efficiency.
  • Outstanding leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to guide and develop teams while fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information confidently to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in another major European language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian) is a plus.
  • CIPP certification is highly preferred, along with relevant practical experience in payroll and compliance.
