● Maintain and update Fixed Asset ledger accounts for US GAAP and statutory reporting.
● Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
● Calculate and record monthly depreciation for fixed assets.
● Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
● Oversee physical asset counts, tagging process, and asset disposals.
● Support internal and external audit requests.
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide accurate reporting and respond to inquiries.
● Participate in process transitions by supporting the onboarding of new processes, documenting procedures, and identifying potential risks.
● Contribute to process development by recommending automation opportunities, enhancing internal controls, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

● 3-4 years of relevant experience in fixed assets or general accounting
● Experience with SAP and Blackline is a plus, but not a must —we're happy to help you learn!

● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills — you'll collaborate with diverse teams and partners across the business.
● Solid knowledge of internal controls and US GAAP accounting principles — or a strong desire to develop this knowledge.
● Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
● Experience in process and project management is appreciated, but enthusiasm for driving improvements is even more valuable.
