Head of Sales

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute detailed sales strategies to meet company goals and boost revenue.
  • Guide, mentor, and inspire a high-achieving sales team, offering direction, training, and support to help team members realize their full potential.
  • Perform in-depth market research and analysis to spot emerging trends, opportunities, and potential obstacles, aiding strategic decision-making.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, events, and marketing efforts, and manage the conversion of leads into successful sales.
  • Regularly assess and refine the sales process to enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness, adopting best practices and leveraging technology where appropriate.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and monitor performance against targets, delivering regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving company objectives.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • 10 to 12 years of sales experience in a multinational setting.
