Primary Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute detailed sales strategies to meet company goals and boost revenue.
- Guide, mentor, and inspire a high-achieving sales team, offering direction, training, and support to help team members realize their full potential.
- Perform in-depth market research and analysis to spot emerging trends, opportunities, and potential obstacles, aiding strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- 10 to 12 years of sales experience in a multinational setting.
