Mechanical Procurement Specialist
Responsibilities:

• Perform daily procurement tasks
• Collaborate with the central logistics and procurement department in Germany
• Assess and monitor material needs and inventory levels, plan and optimize stocks in coordination with suppliers and production planners
• Manage the entire ordering process
• Maintain relationships with suppliers
• Handle and coordinate complaints with suppliers
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels
• Conduct market research and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Prepare reports

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics and/or engineering is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in procurement
• Proficient in German or English (German preferred)
• User-level knowledge of Word, Excel, and ERP systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills, confident and decisive demeanor, problem-solving skills
• Flexibility, accuracy, and precision in work
