Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Heves County. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the metal industry and a proven track record of managing supply chain operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Plan production schedules and ensure alignment with customer orders and demand.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure their orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the metal industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
