We are looking for a
Polyol Application Development Engineer
based in Százhalombatta,
who will be responsible for leading customer technical service, providing polyurethane formulation and application testing expertise, especially in non-foam (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants and Elastomers) application areas. activities for polyol applications, executing R&D projects focusing on the extension of the polyol product portfolio, improving efficiency and competitiveness and supporting product development.
The main responsibilities:
- Contributes to the initial definition and regular updates of the polyol product portfolio
- Executes product and application testing development projects
- Takes a leading role in product related technical service activities for polyol / polyurethane segments
- Participates in customer complaint investigations
- Participates in the product development, qualification and approval process and projects with customers
- Takes a leading role in the R&D collaboration and cooperation network
- Performs critical analysis of relevant industrial R&D trends
The perfect candidate:
- MSc in chemical engineering, chemistry or equivalent
- Expertise in Polyol application and Polyurethane industrial processing knowledge
- At least 6 years of polyol application experience
- Expertise in CASE segment is advantage
- Excellent presentation and project management skills
- Speaks an advanced level of English
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools
- Driving licence B
- International experience is an asset
