Responsibilities

  • Processes and documentation related to international shipping, from the issuance of the order to the delivery of the shipment.
  • Apply industry knowledge and critical thinking to adapt processes and develop solutions to internal and external challenges.
  • Coordinates shipment-related tasks to meet all customer SOP requirements: booking approvals, processing advance alerts, completing shipments, ensuring proper billing, etc.
  • Collaborates with our international team members and third-party agents to ensure efficiency, excellent customer service, and creative problem solving.
  • Building great relationships with customers, responding in a timely manner, and tracking the resolution of issues.
  • Provide reporting and documentation support to internal and external customers.
  • Participation in customer business reviews.
  • Apply industry knowledge and critical thinking to adapt processes and create solutions to internal and external challenges.

Requirements

  • +2 years of professional experience in sea and/or road transport.
  • Communicative English proficiency
  • Excellent communication, prioritization and multitasking skills.
  • Proven strong customer service skills, customer engagement and customer focus.
  • Excellent follow-up with customers and network
  • Critical thinking, flexibility and problem-solving skills to constantly changing tasks and adapt to customer needs.
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and time-bound environment.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
