The role of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, North America is to facilitate the movement of candidates through the recruitment process. Their responsibilities include posting open positions in appropriate channels, coordinating recruitment events and candidate travel, reviewing resumes, updating records, etc. The job of a coordinator starts when candidates respond to an open position and ends with the dispositioning of candidates.
