The Sous Chef serves as the right hand of the Executive Chef, overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring seamless service. Responsible for supervising the brigade, supporting Chef de Partie, and stepping in for the Executive Chef as needed, the Sous Chef ensures that every dish meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
