Senior Team Lead - Content Creation

Role purpose:

To coordinate the implementation of the business plan determined by higher management levels and the realization of the operative program within the organizational unit, directing a team of independently working employees. To deliver the agreed service levels and meet the defined KPI's, team deliverables and timelines and Acts as SPOC to key stakeholders for inquiries and escalations.

• Manage a mixed team of senior professionals/simple routine jobs
• Translate strategic goals into relevant processes; makes sure that relevant processes and documentation are followed by setting controls and targets; in charge of stakeholder management and escalation point
• Organize workflow of the team in well described environment, where delivery is done through easy-to-learn repetitive tasks
• Manage performance of team, set targets, evaluate results
• Foster collaboration in the team and among teams in bigger processes
• Act as methodology leader for own process/ team or comparable teams
• Manage one homogenous team up to 15 employees
• Plan and organize team-building activities for community building purposes

• Experience with content creation (design or copywriting) preferably in agency enviroment
• Project management skills
• Communication and leadership skills
• Managing a changing environment

• Ability to work across peer group in multiple teams/ locations
• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
