Main responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a diverse range of strategic projects within our PMO, providing mentorship and guidance to fellow project managers.
- Manage project portfolios to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and effectively allocate resources for maximum productivity.
- Define and maintain project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while proactively managing changes to ensure alignment with goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, enforce quality control measures, and engage stakeholders to ensure project success and adherence to organizational standards.
- Drive change management initiatives, establish performance metrics, and promote best practices to facilitate successful project outcomes and data-driven decision-making.
Required skills:
- Demonstrated history in senior or leadership roles as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
- Preferable experience in overseeing IT/SAAS projects.
- Comprehensive grasp of project management methodologies and tools.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- A track record of managing complex projects, mentoring junior professionals, and adept problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project portfolio management principles.
