SAP Business Process Manager

Feladataid lesznek:

  • Lead and manage SAP Finance and Sales processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide support for SAP roll-out in Romania, including testing, and training.
  • Serve as the primary contact for R/3 and SAP S4/HANA support across the subregion.
  • Support all SAP-countries of South-East region on demand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements and optimizations.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing SAP system support.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SAP processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
  • Improve accounting and financial processes, suggesting SAP process enhancements.
  • Ensure timely and budget-friendly project goals and milestones.
  • Handling and escalation of internal client’s requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

Amit kérünk:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting and controlling experience.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, creative, team-oriented, and reliable.
  • High proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Broad understanding of SAP systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Subregion and/or South-East Region.

Other

  • Certification in SAP Finance (FI) and Sales (SD) modules.
  • Experience with SAP R/3 and S/4HANA.
  • Romanian language is an advantage.
