Responsibilities
- Fulfilment of the expected and agreed turnover targets and price level at all times. The widest possible sale of the company's products
- Maintaining close cooperation with the other sales staff and the technical manager
- Ensuring maintenance of up to date sales documents related to customers under responsibility
- Close connection and consultation with the superior sales director when concluding or changing customer contracts
- Keeping the Company's Customer Resource Management system (C4C) up to date
- Making weekly visit plans and submitting them on time
- Research for new partners
- Continuous monitoring of competitors' activities, forwarding of information to interested colleagues
- Preparation of weekly and monthly plans, active participation in the annual planning work, preparation of monthly traffic forecasts
- Pay close attention to products that move slowly or have an expiration date. Seeking for active sales strategy for slow moving inventory
- Preparation, follow-up, evaluation of offers, drawing conclusions and sharing feedback
- Holding presentations, showings, training partners, introducing new products and services
- Adherence to the regulations defined in the framework of work, fire and property protection, as well as the quality management and environmental management system
Requirements
- 3-4 years sales experience in the field of mechanical engineering
- Continuous self-improvement
- Fluent in English
- Handling ERP system (SAP S/4 knowledge is an advantage)
