Reporting Specialist in Waste Management
Responsibilities:
- Identifies the most important data areas in different systems (including but not limited to SAP and Salesforce) and processes.
- Acts as a single point of contact in practical reporting relevant questions.
- Continuous analysis of data to discover contradictions and to ensure accuracy and integrity. Supports data quality experts.
- Has advanced reporting capabilities in Excel (Macro, Power Pivot, Power Query) and familiar with SQL.
- Carries out regular and occasional reporting activities.
- Gains understanding about reporting possibilities in different source systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce)
- Supports business colleagues and super user network when creating or using different kind of reports.
- Understands the meaning of business data in the different systems.
- Works together and supports the Reporting Product Owner to identify potential development needs.
Requirements:
- University/College degree
- 2-3 years of work experience, 1-2 years on relevant area
- “Customer first” mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
- General good understanding of IT systems and architectures
- Good English knowledge
- Strong analytical approach,
- Flexibility, results oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude
