Procurement & Production Support Specialist

Feladatok:

• Material supply management: Guarantee timely and quality-assured availability of raw materials in alignment with production schedules

• Inventory control: Monitor inventory levels, prevent stockouts and overstocking, and maintain optimal stock levels for raw and semi-finished goods

• Supplier relationship management: Communicate daily with national and international suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any supply chain issues

• Internal coordination: Collaborate closely with finance, quality assurance, production, and warehouse teams

• Data accuracy & inventory audits: Support the annual physical inventory and ensure the reliability of inventory data

• Process improvement & initiatives: Contribute ideas and lead initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, reliability, and transparency across procurement and stock management processes
