COLLECTING, ADMINISTERING, AND PREPARING DEVELOPMENT IDEAS: Gather and organize ideas for site development, ensuring that they are ready for review and implementation.

DATA ANALYSIS FOR OPPORTUNITIES: Analyze operations data to identify areas for improvement, focusing on process leverage areas, sources of seed loss, and opportunities for continuous cost and quality improvements at the assigned facilities.
*
COMMUNICATION OF IDEAS: Effectively communicate process improvement ideas and successes both at the site and across all other sites.
*
SUPPORT PRODUCTION SYSTEM COORDINATION: Work closely with the Production System Coordinator to implement, maintain, and develop the site through LEAN-based processes and equipment enhancements.

PROCESS DEVELOPMENT: Regularly develop and optimize the site’s processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

IMPLEMENTATION OF CHANGES: Manage and implement changes to processes and equipment, ensuring that improvements are approved, documented, and standardized.

TECHNOLOGY IMPLEMENTATION: Integrate known technologies into the site to enhance operational performance.

5S PROCESS COORDINATION: Implement and coordinate the 5S process across all plant departments to maintain organization and efficiency.

PROCESS REVIEW: Regularly review processes with their respective owners to identify and explore development opportunities.

SUSTAINABILITY CHAMPION: Lead sustainability initiatives on-site, closely monitoring and following up on energy consumption (water, gas, electricity).

SUPPORT FOR SUSTAINABLE DECISION-MAKING: Assist management in making sustainable decisions, especially during the ordering and preparation of yearly supplies, ensuring alignment with Bayer's sustainability goals.

ENVIRONMENTAL PERMITTING SUPPORT: Prepare necessary engineering documents to support the environmental permitting process, including block flow diagrams, emission point lists, emission characteristics, and quantities.

PERMIT REVIEW: Review all permit submissions for accuracy and assess their impact on process operations (e.g., restrictions on rates, hours).

SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING: Track, report, and communicate sustainability-related projects, savings, and needs to the management system.
WHO YOU ARE: *
LEAN KNOWLEDGE: Minimum 2 years of experience in a ONEPSS environment, with a strong understanding of LEAN principles.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Intermediate level of English proficiency and native Hungarian.
*
SAFETY AND SUSTAINABILITY AWARENESS: Strong sensibility towards safety and sustainability practices.
*
PRESENTATION SKILLS: Experience in delivering presentations to a wide range of audiences, from blue-collar workers to LTE level executives.
