PORTUGUESE SPEAKER L1 SERVICE DESK SUPPORT - PROJECT (ET80)

Location: Budapest, XI. onsite

Salary: competitive

Type of employment: contracting (3 months project)

Start: 1 Feburary 2025

• Provide first level support through handling incoming queries and help requests from end users
• Creating detailed notes of the issue and documenting resolution

• 1-3 years relevant experience
• Customer service skills & Problem-solving skills
• Communication skills (English and Portugese)
• Team collaboration
• Availability shift rostering for 24x7
• Understanding on basics for Windows and Office suite.
• Candidate must be eligible to work in Hungary at the time of application
