Marketing and Brand Manager

We are looking for a full-time Marketing and Brand Manager to join our team and take ownership of the marketing and communication of the Mindclash Games brand.

What will you do?

• Plan our international marketing strategy, announcements and product launches
• Organize Mindclash Games’ presence at international conventions and trade shows, and represent us there
• Manage our social media channels and create content for them
• Assist our crowdfunding campaigns by composing the project page, writing project updates and communicating with our backers
• Coordinate social media ad campaigns for our e-commerce platforms and crowdfunding campaigns
• Oversee our Brand Ambassador program
• Monitor industry trends and conversations

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, and/or at least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media or brand management
• Excellent written and spoken business English
• Extroverted personality with strong communication skills
• The ability to effectively manage deadlines
• Confidence to work independently and enforce commitments
• Ability to commute to our Budapest office 2-4 times per week
• Ability to travel to international conventions 3 times per year

• Experience with board games or in the gaming industry
• Experience in setting up and running PPC and SEO campaigns
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or basic Photoshop)
