Key Account Manager

Főbb feladatok, munkák

  • • develop and maintain strong & strategic relationships with key retail accounts
  • • responsible for preparation, negotiation and execution of annual contract
  • • Implement Company strategy and business plan for relevant Customers
  • • deliver monthly, trimester and annual objectives (volume, net revenue, gross margin, market share)
  • • drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective strategies to increase product visibility and market share
  • • driving demand planning process by Accounts/Brands/SKUs
  • • organise regular business reviews with key accounts to analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans
  • • create and execute annual promotional plans in line with Company strategy
  • • responsible for permament and in-out listing and execution of Tailor made and nationwide consumer promotions
  • • activily contribute and support in-store execution via strong collaboration with field sales team
  • • implementation of Category management strategy at relevant Customers
  • • monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to stay ahead of the competition and capitalize on emerging opportunities
  • • responsible of leading international processes on local level
  • • PnL responsibility for relevant accounts
  • • collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and initiatives
  • • provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products

Az álláshoz tartozó elvárások

  • • ability to build strong and reliable relationship with Customers
  • • college degree
  • • minimum 4 years experience in sales in FMCG (minimum 1 year experience as Key Account manager)
  • • business english skills both verbal and written
  • • excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
  • • analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
  • • result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • • decisive, independent and adaptive personailty
  • • „B” category driving license and routine
