As a Customer Service Representative your main tasks would be:

- Manage end-to-end processes
- Checking incoming information about client contracts, pricing, etc.
- Provide exceptional support for clients
- Deciding where to direct the client's request
- Coordinate the entire process

- Focusing on the transactional success for the order entry and it’s quality
- Managing orders for a specific region, via various ordering channels: electronic data interchange (EDI), Esker (optical character read tool), on-line (web orders), punchout, customer specific ordering platforms
- Contribute in identifying and implementing process improvements, enhance customer experience through accuracy and responsiveness, hit targets set for service level agreements, and minimize audit risk exposure
