On 22 December 2023, BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged, Hungary, which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.
BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic Industrial Engineer to join our Auto Parts Division. 

1. Responsible for the factory's layout planning and the early-stage decoration, responsible for the factory's overall design and logistics route planning, make adjustment and improvement to the production lines to meet the production's requirements.  
2. Make reasonable allocation for production personnel and equipment etc. according to the production plan. Reduce cost and increase production efficiency, ensure smooth production
3.Responsible for setting product-hour standards and maintenance, calculate woking hour efficiency and improve efficiency in all kinds of ways.
4.Responsible for "lean manufacturing improvement",  continuous researching for best production mode, improve efficiency, eliminate waste, support the continuous improvement to the production site. 
5. Responsible for the "lighthouse factory" project follow-up, promote automation, lean manufacturing and imformatization for lighthouse factory.

• Bachelor degree or above，at least 3 years working experience, proficient in English and Hungarian, fluent Chinese preferred;
• Have knowledge of operation management、quality、industrial project、lean manufacturing and relative knowledges.
• Familiar with production site management、5S、7 waste, be able to allocate production personnel and plan productions lines properly.
• Familiar with products'production process, principle, operational process
• Good communication skills, coordination and organization ability. Master the use of auxiliary tools like CAD、office softwares.

• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency in analyzing production data to optimize operations and identify trends.
• Knowledge of Industry Standards: Familiarity with ISO standards or other relevant quality management systems.
• Project Management Expertise: Experience managing cross-functional projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering results within budget.
• Technical Certification: Holding additional certifications like Six Sigma, PMP, or relevant technical certifications.
