As a Payroll Specialist your tasks will be the following:
Consolidate and submit payroll data
Review and adjust calculations with providers
Generate payroll reports
Arrange net payments and handle payroll liabilities
Ensure compliance with audit and local regulations
Update key partners on legislative changes
Maintain strong relationships with HR, Finance, and other departments
Address employee payroll inquiries
Perform ad hoc duties and special projects as needed
Requirements
To be considered as an ideal candidate, you are required to have:
At least 2 years of end-to-end payroll experience, ideally in a multinational setting
Fluent in English and German language knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to adapt easily to the changing and dynamic environment
Great prioritization skills
