Responsibilities

As a Payroll Specialist your tasks will be the following:
  • Consolidate and submit payroll data
  • Review and adjust calculations with providers
  • Generate payroll reports
  • Arrange net payments and handle payroll liabilities
  • Ensure compliance with audit and local regulations
  • Update key partners on legislative changes
  • Maintain strong relationships with HR, Finance, and other departments
  • Address employee payroll inquiries
  • Perform ad hoc duties and special projects as needed

Requirements

To be considered as an ideal candidate, you are required to have:
  • At least 2 years of end-to-end payroll experience, ideally in a multinational setting
  • Fluent in English and German language knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to adapt easily to the changing and dynamic environment
  • Great prioritization skills
