Responsibilities
- Answering and making calls punctually
- Provide information by phone and through e-mail to customers about their orders, shipping, products, prices, and product availability
- Politely and professionally handle client’s needs (listening carefully, and writing down any issues customers have)
- Solve occurring issues in timely manner
- Making follow up calls with customers to reach the highest satisfaction
- Keeping records and updating customer info in the company's system
- Staying up to date about the company’ products and services
- Maintain high standard by having any interaction with the clients - timely, politely, with accurate knowledge
- Process orders and manage office inventory, including serving clients in the office and handling payments with the accompanying administration and order recording
- Managing promotional tasks (informative phone calls to priority customers, outbound calls to increase activity)
- Cooperate with warehouse staff and sales team
- majority of our clients are Hungarians, the rest are from various countries, including Ukraine, Russia

- Native Hungarian for daily work
- English at least B2 level for communication with HQ
