Responsibilities
• Leading and motivating the customer service team, ensuring the quality of their work and developing their competencies
• Designing, implementing, and evaluating customer satisfaction surveys
• Collaborating with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT, to address customer issues and improve services
• Participating in the development of strategies that define the direction for improvements
• Preparing regular reports and presentations for management, providing updates on customer satisfaction metrics, team performance, and departmental goals
• Being responsible for ensuring that the team operates with adequate staffing levels, and delivering the highest possible customer and user experience
• Providing professional support for your team's work.
Requirements
• College/university degree
• Experience in team leadership (preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or transportation)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable and precise work performance both independently and in a team
• Active, communicative level of English proficiency
