Responsibilities

  • Co-creation and implementation a marketing strategy for a dedicated group of brands;
  • Responsible for the management of strategic brand KPIs;
  • Daily contact with brandowner representatives;
  • Managing market research assignments, analysing results and making recommendations to support; business development;
  • Sales presentations for clients and a sales team;
  • Management of the dedicated budget;
  • Sales support / turnover responsibility of local direct sales channel;
  • Planning and monitoring of marketing and commercial marketing budgets.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing of Beauty industry, preferable Hairdresser business;
  • Knowledge of the market for beauty products;
  • Independence;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Leadership experience is required;
  • Fluent knowledge of English
