Back Office Sales Support Romanian & English Speaking

• Manage and track sales orders from receipt to fulfillment.
• Provide customer support via phone and email, handling inquiries, orders, billing issues, and shipping information.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration between internal departments such as logistics, marketing, and finance.
• Perform administrative tasks within the customer service and sales operations process.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and services in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle issue resolution and manage customer complaints efficiently.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
