Your duties include:
- Conducting VM visits in Pepco stores
- Supporting and implementing the company’s VM rules
- Coordinating of new store openings, store relocations, store expansions
- Organizing and conduction VM trainings and seasonal visits in VM training stores
- Controlling and modifying preopening procedures in connection to merchandising
- Preparing and updating product exposure standards in order to increase sales of selected groups of products and creating uniform image of company in the chain of stores;
- Training shop assistants for merchandising accordingly to corporate standards;

- Has experience in retail environment of 1-3 years
- You do your work precisely, accurately and with high standards
- You are patient with new tasks
- You are a team player and have positive attitude toward people and challenges
- Has knowledge of visual merchandising rules, exhibition trends and spatial arrangement
- Has general computer skills (Ms Office)
- Speaks English in communication level - B2 (mandatory)
- Holds B category driving licence (mandatory)
- Is flexible and willing to travel
