Your responsibilities:• Provide comprehensive on-site and desktop technical support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software and peripherals (printers, scanners, mobile devices), ensuring a solution meets SLAs.
• Assemble, configure and maintain end-user devices by installing "Gold" images, updating operating systems, installing approved applications and performing data backup/restore to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.
• Provide proactive support for infrastructure and data center operations, including "smart hands" assistance, replacement of failed hardware components, daily tape replacements, and consistent communication and updates via the ticketing system.
