AI Project Manager (f/m/div)*

As an AI Project Manager, you will have the chance, to be a part of a newly founded team in the field of data analytics and represent Cegléd in the AI community!
In your new role, you will:
- Plan, execute, monitor, control and close pilot & rollout AI projects according to Infineon standards
- Drive approval for all business gates releases (including documentation, presentation, justification, etc.)
- Manage and develop innovative data analysis and AI projects as part of the global community Artificial Intelligence Back End program (AI BE)
- Be responsible for the project schedule, resource planning, budget and achievement of content goals
- Implement and report retrospectives and lessons learned from AI projects to management, the AI BEprogram, and internal customers
- Propose innovative ideas for the improvement of processes through idea workshops and direct contact with internal customers.
Profile
You have a positive posture toward change, you are data-driven, and have strong communication skills. Your analytical thinking helps you to work on technical and production-related issues and to advance agile projects. You use your communication skills to find your way in an international network and to advance complex data science topics with a broad group of colleagues. You are characterized by an independent and structured way of working.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A university degree (preferably Master/PhD) in the field of Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or similar.
- Experience in managing teams and projects in the semiconductor industry or power electronics, preferably in the field of data analytics or digital transformation
- Strong project management background, preferably experience in a Strong project management background, preferably experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Know-how in handling agile projects and solving complex problems in the production environment
- A comprehensive understanding of data, analytical challenges and solutions, as well as database systems and machine learning methods (e.g. Tensorflow, Keras, Pytorch, Elasticsearch, ...)
- Excellent communication skills and soft skills toward teams and internal customers
- Fluency in English. Hungarian is a plus.
