- Work with the Operational teams to research and capture customer and business requirements.
- Communicate and agree design principles with stakeholders across operational teams and countries.
- Execute the delivery of conversational AI roadmap
- KPI setting for the team
- Test Conversational AI implementations
- Collaborate with cross functional teams on customer solutions
- Use an agile approach with strong stakeholder engagement to evolve and improve the Conversational AI service.
- Produce MI to demonstrate Conversational AI performance and identify service issues.
- Work across functions and with suppliers, customers and potential customers to ensure a high quality of service delivery.
- Adapt the master Conversational AI conversation design to meet our clients’ needs
- Conceptualize and design conversation flows before passing to design team to execute.
- Research, contribute to long term technology roadmap
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in a customer facing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain ideas clearly and concisely.
- Hands-on and practical approach, with a desire to learn
- Able to work under own initiative and part of a team.
