• Work with the Operational teams to research and capture customer and business requirements.
  • Communicate and agree design principles with stakeholders across operational teams and countries.
  • Execute the delivery of conversational AI roadmap
  • KPI setting for the team
  • Test Conversational AI implementations
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams on customer solutions
  • Use an agile approach with strong stakeholder engagement to evolve and improve the Conversational AI service.
  • Produce MI to demonstrate Conversational AI performance and identify service issues.
  • Work across functions and with suppliers, customers and potential customers to ensure a high quality of service delivery.
  • Adapt the master Conversational AI conversation design to meet our clients’ needs
  • Conceptualize and design conversation flows before passing to design team to execute.
  • Research, contribute to long term technology roadmap


  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in a customer facing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Hands-on and practical approach, with a desire to learn
