Main responsibilities:

  • Provide L2 support for a cloud-based AI application
  • Offer customer support and technical assistance in both cloud and on-premise environments
  • Analyze and resolve issues, escalating to the R&D department when necessary
  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to address technical challenges
  • Create and deliver status reports on emerging issues


Required skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in a production support role, particularly with cloud-based applications
  • Familiarity with cloud service management
  • Good knowledge of Java and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for identifying and debugging code-level issues
  • Proficiency in English language (C1)


Advantages:
