Agile Business Analyst

Our multinational partner is looking for an Agile Business Analyst to join their team.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyse business requirements;

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development team;

• Conduct meetings, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed business information;

• Analyse current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement;

• Design and implement optimized business processes and recommend changes to enhance efficiency;

• Develop business cases to support process improvement initiatives;

• Assist in the planning, execution, and management of projects;

• Monitor project progress and monitor risks;

• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time;

• Work with the development team to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements;

• Test and validate new systems and applications to ensure they meet specified requirements;

• Provide training to end users.

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree;

• Minimum three years of similar experience;

• Proven experience in project management, familiarity with agile methodology;

• Excellent verbal and written English knowledge;

• Good communication and relationship management skills with an analytical mindset.

This position starts with a 12-month fixed-term contract, but there is a possibility of an extension.
