Ford Central and Eastern European Sales LLC is looking for an

Aftersales Reporting Specialist

to join our Aftersales team in Szentendre

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Support a combined Sell-In/Sell-Out reporting development and implementation
  • Design and programming of reports to support Business Units of Ford as well as Ford National Sales companies across Europe
  • Launching Retail Sell-Out reporting process based on Wholesale practices
  • Generation of special reports to support management meetings
  • Set-Up of consistent reporting structure for the Wholesale markets and weekly/monthly update
  • Administration of the central Wholesale and Retail Sharepoint site - ensure all relevant reports are available for the central staff & markets
  • Support development of key objectives and follow them up versus actuals
  • Central data gathering and motivation of markets to provide required data on time and in full
  • Generation of standard & special reports for management meeting and marketing business reviews
  • Support Parts Promotion Toolbox KPI reporting
  • Support Wholesale and Retail Incentive Programs by providing the relevant set of data
  • Set-Up and organize monthly meetings with markets & provide related reports
  • Develop new reports based on new reporting technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in Economics / Business or equivalent education
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Communicates and presents in a clear manner in English and Hungarian
  • Advanced MS Excel skill are required with the ability to handle large volume of data
  • Knowledge of Sell-Out Reporting, InfoAssist or SQL is an advantage, Alteryx, Qlik View or Tableau is a bonus
  • Driven to be pro-active and innovative
