Aftersales - Product Service Specialist

In this position you will:

- keep in touch with 22 workshops (műhely) in Hungary
- manage projects individually or together with the two District Managers 
- with the support of the HQ team in Stuttgart your main projects will be 
- electric car transformation in the workshops
- work on new service packages for the electronic cars
- Dealer/workshop digital services support - such as online appointment booking system to the workshops
- implementing and operating new services/products/processes to the workshops, helping them by counseling
- analyzing the workshops' KPIs and make reports to HQ, management and to the workshops
- increase the efficiency of workshops by counselling,  by implementation of efficiency programs and measures 
- quarterly invoicing, user right management to different applications
- introducing and operating softwares to repair electric cars
- organizing hazardous waste disposal, such as lithium accumulator

University degree in technical or engineering field, fresh or recent graduates are also welcome, 1-3 years of experience preferably in automotive industry is an advantage.
High-level Microsoft Office knowledge 
Valid “B” category driving license 
Intermediate level of English

Having experience in automotive industry, knowing any Dealer Management System automotive market overview knowledge 

- valuable work experience at an international company, family size team (~80 employees) in Budapest
