Our client is operating in the field of navigation systems, they have offices all around the world. 

To strenghten their team we are looking for a new colleague in their sales team. 

Aftersales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • E2E sales and account management of in-dash navigation software and online / connected services related commercial program
  • Management of ongoing programs: evaluating results and constantly striving to improve them, keeping contact with B2B customers, managing B2C co-marketing activities
  • Cooperation with the program marketing team to use channel marketing and consumer marketing resources in your programs
  • Elicitation of B2B customer requirements and providing quotations for those software and services, including: business model creation, quoting, negotiation, contract drafting
  • Visiting customers on a regular basis to enhance business development (international travel required)
  • Providing the Management with up-to-date program information, and financial reports
  • Daily cooperation with technology team members, technical project managers and other sales managers within the company
  • Participation in the preparation of sales plans for multiple accounts or market segments

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong and active command of business English
  • At least 4-5 years’ of sales or key account management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the customer facing side of the Automotive industry
  • Familiarity with the Automotive software supplier industry
  • General technical, IT and network knowledge
  • Ability to understand initial and maintenance cost structures, build project-specific new business and revenue models, understand and use ROI metrics
  • Proactive working approach
  • Flexibility and the ability to cope with heavy workload
  • Working in an international environment and travelling on a regular basis
  • Ability to “connect the dots” on customer needs and know what they want before they know what they want

Other information:

  • General knowledge of GPS navigation
  • Experience in e-commerce and digital consumer marketing
  • Experience gained in technology, primarily at companies in the navigation sector
  • Knowledge of any other European language
