After Sales Manager Hungary m / f

For our client, an international vehicle company we are looking for the new top manager.

• Managing the country wide service network.
• Leading all customer service and after sales activities.
• Managing a team of 8-10.
• Change manager, who will implement strategic improvements.
• Responsible for the implementation of defined sales plans.
• In charge of the annual budget, after sales promotions.
• Regular contact with key clients and distributors.
• Analyzing market data and recommending steps for improvement.
• Preparing reports and summaries for the MD and the international Group.

• University or college degree in a technical field, ideally automotive.
• Min 5 years of leadership experience in a relevant sector.
• Leading by example.
• Passionate about vehicles.
• Strong sense for numbers and budgets.
• Strong SAP and Excel experience.
• Ability to turn conflicts into opportunities for sales results.
• Fluent English and Hungarian.
• Goal-oriented, hands-on mindset, entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ready for travelling across Hungary.
• Driving licence B.
• Self-motivated team player.
