After Market and Service Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

  • Prospect for potential new clients in a dedicated market segment
  • Development sales in dedicated geographical area EEC/EEX
  • Development and support of local distribution/service network
  • Identify decision makers within the client organization and build relationships
  • Develop his / her professional network in his / her segment
  • Identify & propose a package of products to cover the customer needs
  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
  • Work with other Sales teams (Area Sales Team, Technical Team, Large projects Team…) to meet customer needs
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service
  • Plan approaches and pitches to optimize the chance to get a business
  • Orchestrate the collaboration with other Sales Teams (especially Area Sales Team)
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and other Sales Teams
  • Monitor the follow up of the opportunities and the hit rate (meetings with Area Sales Managers, KPIs)
  • Reach the targets and goals set for his / her scope
  • Compile and analyze sales figures
  • Actively travel all over the region to meet with decision makers (end customers, contractors, designers, installers)
  • Preparation of the required technical documentation
  • Strong cooperation with service partners
  • Organize seminars for the customers



  • Collect customer feedback and market research
  • Collaborate with the other Sales teams to saturate the market (Large Projects Team, Business Development Team, Technical Department…)
  • Escalade feedbacks & business opportunities from the market to the other Sales teams
  • Identify / conduct products trainings
  • Identify & propose some initiatives to develop the business and to improve the efficiency of internal processes
  • Actively support marketing initiatives
  • Actively partner with Area Managers to involve them in local opportunities


  • Masters Mechanical Engineer
  • Languages: Native Hungarian, Fluent English
  • Fundamental knowledge of engineering principles
  • 5 years minimum in Service Business, excellent market knowledge
  • Base of decision makers from End Customers to Contractors, Installer and Designers
  • Experience to work through different channels (service partners, distributors, OEM and direct sales)
  • Pump knowledge is mandatory
