Task:
- Answer and direct phone calls;
- Organize and schedule appointments;
- Write and distribute email, correspondence and letters;
- Management of document data base;
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc;
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers;
- Translate emails and short documents (Hungarian – English – Hungarian) by requests;
- Administration of suppliers, collect invoices at the end of the month;
- Courier arrangement, be a contact person;
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests from senior managers;
Expectation:
- Minimum started university studies, preferably in Finance, Banking or Law;
- Experience in office administration;
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanners;
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word);
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Perfect knowledge of Hungarian, advanced English;
Other:
- Knowledge of Russian language;
