Administrative & Executive Assistant for Eastern Europe

Our multinational client is looking for an Administrative and Executive Assistant colleague who will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for streamlining administrative procedures
  • Administrative and executive support to Managing Director and Finance Director of Eastern Europe
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies
  • Support HR controlling
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Provide general support to visitors and providing orientation for new employees
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
  • Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed
  • Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping
  • Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
  • Prepare operational reports and schedules
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian
  • Minimum 3 years of office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Well organized, flexible, enjoying the administrative challenges
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to priorities work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, proactive and
  • Assertive approach, people oriented
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Decent knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
