Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the consistent operation of the regional sales team and its leader. The position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to external parties and company employees by managing request and inquiries in a positive and professional manner.

  • Manages calendars, independently schedules appointments, reviews invitees
  • Prepares records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for meetings, schedules guests, and distributes materials in advance
  • Follows-up on action items with direct reports on behalf of reporting manager
  • Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel related meetings; Prepares and tracks expense reports
  • Arranges programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget
  • May provide support and direction to other administrative support staff
  • Takes and transcribes dictation, and composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents
  • Compiles & analyzes data, and prepares reports and/or recommendations for executive level staff


  • Experience in an administrative support or similar role
  • Proactive, high level of ownership, focused on completing tasks accurately and in timely manner
  • Ability to work independently and as member of team
  • Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously, ability to set priorities
  • Good problem solving and issues management capabilities
  • Ability to manage cross-functionally across multiple offices and teams in different countries
  • Strong customer-service oriented attitude and mindset
  • Ability to problem solve and innovate with bottom line results
  • Experience working in English language environment, including facilitation of face-to-face and conference call meetings in English
